Nutrition 101

Macronutrients are the nutrients that our body needs in large amounts to function properly. These include carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. On the other hand, micronutrients are the nutrients that our body needs in smaller amounts, such as vitamins and minerals. Both macronutrients and micronutrients are essential for maintaining good health and preventing diseases.
